Administrative Assistant
Location: Makati CityWork Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Staff to support the company's daily administrative operations and government compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience handling BIR transactions, permits, renewals, and liaison-related activities, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of company requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities- Handle administrative and office support functions.
- Process and monitor BIR transactions, permits, licenses, and business renewals.
- Coordinate with government agencies, banks, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company records and documents.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of requirements.
- Assist in processing company registrations, permits, and regulatory documents.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative, liaison, or compliance-related work.
- Knowledgeable in BIR transactions, permits, business registrations, and renewals.
- Familiarity with government compliance requirements is an advantage.
- With a valid driver's license and knows how to drive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Male applicants are preferred.
