What the role will entail- Supports ER Team Head in implementing Code of Discipline and Ethics, advising on HR policies.
- Acts as Secretariat for administrative hearings and CODE Committee meetings.
- Prepares Memos and ensures timely service to employees for administrative cases.
- Writes Recommendations for administrative cases from CODE Hearing Committee and CODE Committee.
- Provides advice to managers, supervisors, and staff on personnel practices and policies.
- Assists in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
- Reviews, monitors, and uploads approved case recommendations, prepares reports, assists in DOLE inspections, handles payroll advice for suspended employees, conducts training, handles CSR activities, and performs other HR duties as assigned.
- Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related course
- At least 3 years experience in Labor Relations and Counseling
- Knowledge and familiarity with labor laws and BSP regulations relevant to Human Resources Management
- Good Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
