Human resource development assistant

Job Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues and inquiries.
• Conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee complaints, concerns, or policy violations.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employment law.
• Partner with management to implement employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace morale.
• Monitor trends and recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Help resolve conflicts and give advice on performance, discipline, and employee complaints

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• Will be deploy in Pampanga Office.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and compliance regulations.
• Familiar with HR databases and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Experience with conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
• Professional, approachable, and proactive demeanor
