Booya Bagels' is seeking a skilled HR Admin (with restaurant experience) to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting our dynamic restaurant operations and ensuring our valued employees are well-supported.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave, and other entitlements
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing any workplace-related queries or concerns
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of employee engagement and recognition initiatives
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address workforce needs and challenges
What we're looking for
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably within the restaurant industry
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and HR software
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine interest in supporting the development and wellbeing of our team
