- Regular Check listing of Compliance based on Current Standard.
- Developing the current standard to align with industry.
- Provides expert advise to sites on concerns related to vehicle care Select Quarterly Assessment
- Provides technical support on concerns raised by customers.
- Provides Vehicle Care Training to sites as needed. Training scope includes customer management, product knowledge, technical knowledge, and others aligned with industry.
- Provide industry insights on what vehicle care customer needs/wants.
- Provides advises on new offers that the site can maximize to increase sales (e.g.new parts,packages, services.
- Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably Marketing or Automotive course
- At least 2 years experience in Vehicle Care Industry (Casa Supervisor / Car Dealer / Automotive Trainer or Instructor / Vehicle Inspector / Automechanic Supervisor or Jr. Auto Engineer)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to travel and do field work
