FOOD SERVICE MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Food Service Manager to oversee daily operations of our food service facility. The role ensures high standards in food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while leading and developing the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Monitor and control food cost, wastage, and budget
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field
• At least 2 years' experience in food service operations or sales account management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, sanitation practices)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
