Job Description
The Food Service Manager oversees the development and management of the company’s Food Service channel. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening client relationship, and ensuring excellent service delivery to all FS Customers.The manager leads and supports the food service team in identifying business opportunities, managing accounts, and promoting the company’s product portfolio. The position also coordinates with internal departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
In addition, the manager is also responsible for leading and managing a team of food service sales specialist to achieve sales target, expand market presence. This role involves planning sales strategies, supervising sales activities, mentoring team, and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverages Management or any related field.
- A diploma in sales, marketing, or food service management with strong relevant experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in food service or sales, preferably handling Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts and Institutional (HRI) accounts.
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in sales, preferably in the food service.
- Strong understanding of food service operations, distributions and sales process.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team management abilities.
- Good communication, presentation, and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, fieldwork, and market development.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and results-oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Reliable, adaptable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Combination of office-based work (planning, reporting, meetings) and Field work (client visits, sales calls)
- Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and frequent coordination with sales, operations, and support teams.
