Posted on 3 September 2025- Engage Prospects: Drive new opportunities by contacting leads from campaigns, webinars, events, and other initiatives.
- Qualify Leads: Assess lead potential and readiness, gathering insights on needs, challenges, and interest in solutions to ensure high-quality handovers.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct effective inbound and outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels to maintain engagement and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with Sales: Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless transfer of qualified leads, providing detailed insights and context
- Maintain CRM: Accurately log all interactions and activities in the CRM, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation, qualification, and conversion goals.
- Feedback & Optimization: Share insights on campaign performance and lead quality to optimize marketing efforts.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on products, industry trends, and best practices to improve sales effectiveness.
- 2–3 years in sales or business development, preferably in technology or software, with proven results in lead generation and qualification.
- Fluent in English and Korean (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and demonstrated ability to qualify leads effectively, preferably with measurable outcomes.
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales/marketing tools.
