We are seeking a Contact Health Center Associate (Agent) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients and customers. Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and responding to emails from clients and customers
Providing timely and accurate information to clients and customers regarding their health concerns
Assisting clients and customers with scheduling appointments and accessing healthcare services
Maintaining accurate records of all client and customer interactions
Collaborating with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is preferred but not required
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends
