Our clinic specializes in early intervention, providing occupational therapy services for infants to school-age children (up to 7–9 years old). We focus on helping clients achieve independence and successful transition into school age. Therapists will handle individual, dyad, and group therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and prepare progress reports as needed.

WORK SETTING

Clinic-based (Pediatric Early Intervention Center) and SNED provider

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Full-time or Part-time

Flexible schedule (6–7 clients per day), 9am-4pm clinic hours

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Professional Fees
Junior OT: 70:30 sharing
Senior OT: 75:25 sharing

With additional rates for report and assessment fees, above-market compensation in Los Banos, Laguna

We prioritize professional growth, balanced workload, and therapist well-being. We also implement structured client contracts to maintain professional boundaries and ensure consistency in home follow-through.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTRP)
Preferably with experience in pediatric/early intervention cases
