Our clinic specializes in early intervention services for infants to school-age children (up to 7–9 years old). We are looking for a passionate SPED Teacher to support children with developmental delays and learning differences through individualized and small-group educational intervention.The SPED Teacher will design and implement individualized learning plans, conduct structured teaching sessions, collaborate with therapists, and support school readiness and functional independence.
WORK SETTINGClinic-based (Early Intervention Pediatric Center)
EMPLOYMENT TYPEFull-time / Flexible schedule (caseload-based, approx. 6–7 children per day depending on program design)
For one-on one, dyad and group classes
COMPENSATION & BENEFITSProfessional Fees / Above-the-market compensation in Los Banos, Laguna

Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related fieldLicensed/Registered SPED Teacher (preferred)
Experience handling early intervention or pediatric cases is an advantage
Strong understanding of developmental milestones and behavior management
Patient, flexible, and willing to work in a multidisciplinary clinic-based team
