• Assist the general manager or other executives to plan, develop, implement and oversee company initiatives and projects; Oversee company operations, undertake budgeting responsibilities and are involved in hiring and evaluating company personnel. Assume the general manager's responsibilities in their absence.

1. Oversee organization’s day-to-day operations, which can include negotiating contracts with vendors or prospective employees, assigning tasks, leading meetings and implementing initiatives handed down by the general manager or executives.
2. Analyze and implement policies and procedures, oversee short- and long-term business plans and initiatives and help in budgeting activities.
3. Interact more often with a company’s personnel than the general manager and may even respond to and resolve internal and external grievances.
4. Keep track of key projects and present reports to the general manager or other executives concerning the same.
5. Ensure that the organization follows relevant regulations and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field, master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in leading and managing teams.
• Experience in Appliance Industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to read and write fluently in Chinese and English.
