Associate Designer – Fashion & Apparel

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing Technology, or a related field.
• Strong sketching abilities and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products that align with brand aesthetics and customer expectations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Designer in developing innovative and trend-forward garment designs that align with the brand's vision and target market.
• Create detailed technical sketches, mood boards, and color palettes to support design concepts.
• Source and evaluate fabrics, trims, and hardware, ensuring quality standards and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to oversee sample development, from initial prototypes to final production approvals.
• Conduct fit sessions and quality assessments, providing feedback to ensure garments meet design and quality expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, market insights, and industry innovations, integrating them into the design process.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and production schedules to ensure smooth product development and timely deliveries.
