We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the aesthetic vision and functionality of residential, commercial, and event spaces. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and our fabrication team to bring design aspirations to life.
What you'll be doing- Conducting in-depth client consultations to understand their design preferences, spatial requirements, and project objectives
- Conceptualising and developing innovative interior design solutions that blend form, function, and creativity
- Preparing detailed design plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design concepts
- Sourcing and specifying high-quality furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with the client's budget and design vision
- Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Providing ongoing support and design guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuously staying informed of the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices
- Degree in Interior Design or a related field
- 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
- With 1 - 5 years of work experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Ilustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate design concepts into practical solutions
- Strong creative and spatial awareness, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Passion for creating innovative and functional interior design solutions
