The Product Experience Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, elegant, and effective user experiences across the four core DPP product domains: Customer Acquisition, Marketing Engagement, Service Operations, and Data Enablement.This role translates business objectives, product requirements, and customer insights into user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and interface designs that deliver measurable improvements in usability, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
The designer works closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Quality teams, CRM, Marketing, Membership, and Operations to ensure that digital experiences — across web, mobile apps, kiosks, and back-office tools — are consistent, scalable, and aligned with DPP’s unified design standards.
RESPONSIBILITIESDiscovery & Research
- Conduct UX research (interviews, observation, usability tests, heuristic evaluations).
- Understand the needs of customers and frontline users.
- Identify pain points and opportunities across customer and operational journeys.
- Benchmark best practices across gaming, hospitality, retail, fintech, and lifestyle.
- Transform product requirements into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design experiences across digital channels (web, mobile apps, kiosk, internal tools).
- Define interaction patterns that simplify complex processes and reduce friction.
- Ensure experiences align with accessibility, usability, and platform conventions.
- Create high-quality UI designs and visual assets for both customer-facing and internal tools.
- Maintain and evolve the shared DPP design system (components, patterns, UI rules).
- Ensure consistency across domains and touchpoints through reusable, scalable design components.
- Work closely with Product Managers to shape feature requirements and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Engineering to review feasibility, edge cases, and implementation details.
- Support Quality Engineering by validating the UI, journey logic, and front-end alignment.
- Assist with UAT cycles, providing UX guidance and design clarification.
- Analyze customer behavior, adoption metrics, and qualitative feedback to refine designs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows for both customers and internal teams.
- Advocate for user-centric product decisions within agile squads and leadership discussions.
- Contribute to UX maturity growth through workshops, guidelines, and internal UX advocacy.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Interaction Design, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
- Experience designing for web and mobile apps; exposure to kiosk and internal tools is an advantage.
- Experience working in agile product teams with PMs, engineers, and QA.
- Experience using modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc).
- Experience conducting usability testing or customer research preferred.
