A Google Ads, Meta + TikTok Paid Specialist is expected to:Morning Coffee & Brainstorm session with the team – how can we accelerate our campaign performance? How can we get new leads in for our clients? How can we improve ROAS?
Strategy Development: Design, execute, and review innovative digital marketing campaignsMulti-channel Marketing: Mastery in managing & execution
Google Ads: Including Universal App Campaigns, search & display campaigns and conversion tracking
Facebook & Instagram Ads: Conversion-optimised campaigns specifically for leads and also some brand awareness campaigns (TOFU & BOFU
SEO: On-page, off-page, and app store optimization
Email Marketing: Using platforms like Mailchimp & activecampaign
Content Marketing: Especially for promoting blogs, videos, and user testimonials
Affiliate Programs: Building partnerships to enhance brand reac
Analytics and Reporting: In-depth use of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Insights, and other related platforms for accurate campaign tracking and refinement
Budget Management: Maximise ROI with a disciplined budgetary approach across all platforms
Trend Analysis: Stay at the cutting edge of digital marketing techniques and technologies
Cross-functional Collaboration: Team up with developers, designers, and other departments for an integrated brand experience.

TikTok experience is a bonus
Your experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in managing agency digital marketing processes
Hands-on experience with platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Play Console, Tag manager, App Store Connect, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.Demonstrated ability in strategising and executing holistic digital campaigns.
Sharp analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and more.
