• Develop and implement sales strategies and business development plans tailored to Mandarin-speaking markets or clients.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners, especially those in Mandarin-speaking regions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to executive management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in both Mandarin and English, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with marketing, product development, and operations to align strategies and execution.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings, particularly in Asia or with Chinese clients.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of Chinese market dynamics, business culture, and negotiation practices.
• Experience in cross-border trade, manufacturing, technology, or consumer goods.
• Established network of Chinese suppliers, clients, or partners.
