• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
• Strong experience in Xero and payment platforms
• Exposure to inter-company reconciliations and multi-entity environments
• Experience in loan or contract administration
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion
• Preferably with exposure to Australian financial regulations and compliance
• Experience with collections processes is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and external payment platforms is a plus

• Manage full spectrum of financial operations across multiple entities
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations and reporting
• Process invoices, reimbursements, supplier payments, and payroll support
• Administer loans and contracts, including PPSR registrations
• Monitor collections and provide customer finance support
• Ensure financial compliance and support audit preparation
• Drive continuous improvement across financial systems and processes

• Reconcile accounts and transactions in Xero and payment platforms
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and supplier payments
• Enter and maintain payment schedules and loan contracts
• Monitor overdue accounts and apply necessary charges
• Update and maintain accurate customer and financial records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with external accountants and support audit requirements
