Accounting Officer

The role ensures timely processing of transactions, accuracy of accounting records, and completeness of supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

1. Daily Monitoring and Task Management
2. Accounts Payable Management
3. Billing and Collection Support
4. Journal Entries and Accounting Support
5. Tax and Regulatory Compliance Support
6. Cash Management and Internal Control Support
7. Document Management and Backlog Support

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with tax documentation and Philippine regulatory compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
