We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's financial operations by maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Monitor daily accounting transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial documentation and requirements
- Assist during internal and external audits
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledgeable in accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
