Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Officer to join our talented team at FIBERLINE INDUSTRIES, INC.' Based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila, this is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and communications strategies.

1. Manage and update e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Etc.)
2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, and social media)
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
4. Coordinate with design and content teams for product listings and promotions
5. Optimize product pages (descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords)
6. Handle online promotions, discounts, and advertising strategies
7. Track inventory and coordinate with sales/logistics teams
8. Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
9. Ensure a smooth and user-friendly online shopping experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or similar role
3. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
4. Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing
5. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
7. Creative thinking with attention to detail
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
