Marketing Officer | ON-SITE

Job Summary

Marketing Officer supports the organization by planning, executing, and monitoring marketing, public relations, and event initiatives to strengthen brand presence, enhance public image, generate leads, and support sales objectives. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns, PR activities, and events aligned with company goals.

• Develops and implements marketing, PR, and event plans aligned with company objectives, brand strategy, and sales targets.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes marketing campaigns, promotional activities, public relations initiatives, and company events (online and offline), including caravans, launches, and client activities.
• Manages brand consistency across all marketing, PR, and event materials, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and messaging.
• Handles public relations activities, including drafting press releases, media kits, and official communications, and coordinating media exposure when required.
• Builds and maintains relationships with media partners, suppliers, event vendors, stakeholders, and other external partners.
• Prepares marketing, PR, and event collaterals such as brochures, posters, presentations, digital content, and event materials.
• Provides marketing and event support to the sales team, including lead-generation activities, promotional tools, and coordination of sales-related events.
• Monitors marketing, PR, and event expenses, ensuring proper documentation, cost control, and compliance with approved budgets.
• Prepares performance and post-event reports, including campaign results, event attendance, media coverage, leads generated, and budget utilization, and submits updates to management.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by Sales Manager/Head
