Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and promoting the company's elevator products and construction-related services. The role targets key industry players — developers, contractors, architects, and project managers — covering the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting real estate developers, contractors, architects, and property managers.
• Identify new business opportunities in both the elevator and construction sectors.
• Conduct site visits, deliver product presentations, and submit tailored proposals.
• Negotiate and close contracts from lead generation through to deal closing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice on elevator products and construction solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution and client handover.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

• Submit weekly Sales Pipeline updates.
• Prepare monthly management reports on forecasts and new opportunities.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 RFQs per month.
• Submit Monthly Workload report every 3rd week of the month.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
• 1–3 years of sales experience in construction, real estate, or building solutions — fresh graduates welcome
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Digitally savvy with experience in social media management
• With valid driver's license; willing to do fieldwork and site visits
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
