Qualifications- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and building long-term relationships.
- Experience in Account Management and handling multiple clients effectively.
- Ability to execute Lead Generation strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
