Customer Service Representative (Retention / Lead Generation – Appointment Setting background)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in retention, lead generation, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, build strong relationships, retain existing clients, and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and prospects
  • Retain existing customers by addressing concerns and offering suitable solutions
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (KPIs)
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Follow scripts and communication guidelines when required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in: Customer Service (CSR), Retention / Save offers, Lead Generation or Appointment Setting
  • Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
  • Persuasive and confident speaking ability
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work on-site (office-based)
  • Willing to start immediately

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in BPO or call center environment
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on targets
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
