Functions
- Collaborates and facilitate resolution of workplace/office concerns
- Monitors RTO process, attendance and assignment of seats in the office
- Submit billing and payment process to Office and Facility Management (OFM).
- Perform liaison works of office and store lease, utilities and service contracts with lessors.
- Consolidates and safekeeping of operational and regulatory compliance documents including permits, lease, service contracts, policies and procedure manuals
- Administers all document filing and maintenance of the department. Safe keeping of all files, billing, reports, contracts and other related documents.
- Consolidates and regularly updates office and store asset and supplies inventory
Qualifications:
- Business Administration or any management or graduate of any engineering course (customer-oriented, hospitality, business courses)
- At least 1yr. relevant experience in administrative or office management.
- Customer oriented, collaborative teamwork
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Honest and with high integrity
- Self-driven, reliable and minimal supervision
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
