Billing Associate (Reliever)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Checks documents received for completeness and billing readiness
- Post billing charges and generate a billing invoice through System
- Segregates and transmits invoices with complete attachment to AR Collection for dispatch
- Ensures all shipments and charges are billed on time
- Attends to client inquiries and clarifications on billing-related concerns.
- Files Accounting and BIR copy of invoices according to the prescribed format and retention
- Generates monthly reports/monitoring for specific account requirements
- Maintains a clean work area, ensuring that all customer and company documents are secured.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of any 4-year business-related course (Preferably an Accountancy graduate)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Amenable to work in Sucat, Paranaque (ONSITE)
- Contract: 5 months
