This role is ideal for junior-level professionals with a background in Accounts Receivable (AR) or invoicing who are looking to grow their experience in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international work environment. You will be working closely with US-based counterparts and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing processes.

• Process invoices accurately and ensure timely billing
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including reconciliation and validation
• Collaborate with US counterparts and internal cross-functional teams
• Communicate with clients or stakeholders when required
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy in all billing-related transactions

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
• Open to junior-level candidates with invoicing experience
• Background in Accounts Receivable (AR) or billing is required
• Client-facing experience is an advantage
• Experience in Oracle or NetSuite is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Excellent written communication skills
• Preferably based in Metro Manila or within a 30 km radius
