Accounting Staff (Billing)

Employment Contract: 12 months (extension will depend on the business needs or performance)
Location: Mandaluyong (full onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Process Billing in SAP system
- Printing of manual sales invoices
- Downpayment billing
- Follow-up customers on their zero-rated VAT certificates
- Consolidate Output VAT Report
- Filing of Documents Monthly
- Update Billing Report for both PH10 and PH20
- Reprocess invoices on a per need basis
- Coordinate and work with sales, operations and other finance staff in terms of billing concern. Prioritize task as needed to help push collection
- Reports to OTC Team based in China.
- Support the BU Finance Controller in local initiatives to improve OTC process and deliver target business results
- Other as hoc task that are billing related
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business or equivalent
- Has at least 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience in Billing / AR position or any relevant position
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective follow-up and customer service.
- Proficiency in using financial software, such as SAP, for posting and tracking transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with Billing/AR internship experience.
