About the role
ABest Express Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Courier/Driver to join our dynamic team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Courier/Driver, you will play a vital role in the success of our express delivery services, responsible for the timely and efficient transportation of packages throughout the local area.This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
What you'll be doing- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver packages to customers within scheduled timeframes
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring packages are handled with care
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pick-ups and any package issues
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
- Assist with various warehouse and operations tasks as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in courier, delivery or transportation services
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
