As a Retail/Wholesale Establishment Salesperson of Value Chain Solutions, Inc. (VCSI), you are responsible for covering assigned routes, managing retail and wholesale accounts, and driving sales growth through consistent field engagement, order generation, and product visibility.

• Conduct daily route coverage and visit assigned outlets within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across assigned accounts.
• Take orders and ensure accurate and timely submission for processing and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, product availability, and on-shelf visibility.
• Implement basic merchandising and promotional activities in outlets.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth, upselling, and new product placements.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and route reports.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred
• Experience in field sales, route selling, or general trade accounts is an advantage
• Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships
• Knowledge of basic merchandising and inventory monitoring
• Physically fit and willing to do extensive fieldwork
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications is an advantage
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
