About the role
ABest Express Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Courier / Motorized Rider to join our team in San Fernando Pampanga. As a Courier, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents to our customers.This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and the opportunity to be part of a growing logistics company.
What you'll be doing- Pick up and deliver packages and documents to customers within the designated service area
- Ensure the safe and secure transportation of all items
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as traffic and safety regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on your assigned vehicle
- Valid driver's license and experience operating a motorized vehicle
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy packages
- Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of the best routes
- Dedication to providing a high level of service and meeting delivery deadlines
