The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to company executives by managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Admin Officer, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and time management skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work with high-level executives.
- Trustworthy, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
