Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs of the GM's office, such as scheduling all appointments, meetings and other commitments as well as handling changes or cancellations as necessary and/or appropriate.
- Provide meeting summaries and other supporting documents in preparation for scheduled appointments, meeting and speaking engagements.
- Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
- Process all incoming documents received, prioritizing and determining its disposition.
- Handles confidential and sensitive information of the company with tact, discretion and professional judgement.
Job Specifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course.
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience in providing support to executive level.
- With good verbal and written communication skills and strong decision-making skills.
- Well organize and with high ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Practice confidentiality and discretion of sensitive information.
- Skills in computer applications: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Knowledge of travel arrangements
- Skills in records management
- Willing to work in Taytay, Rizal (6 days a week).
