As a Legal Secretary, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Managing correspondences between lawyers and clients via phone, by email, and in person
- Attending meetings alongside the lawyers and taking accurate notes on proceedings
- Organizing legal documents for record keeping
- Scheduling client appointments and managing executive calendars
- Maintaining client confidentiality and privacy
- Provide ad hoc support to the team as needed
- Preferably at least 3 years of previous experience as a legal secretary
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably law/legal related
- Highly organized and adaptable personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite tools
- Experience in coordinating with various groups/ units
- Those who are willing to work ASAP will be prioritized.
