About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team at Teleperformance. This full-time role will be based in our Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila office. In this strategic position, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's growth and data-driven decision-making.
What you'll be doing- Collect, analyze and interpret complex data from various sources to uncover meaningful insights and trends
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and compelling manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and metrics to track business objectives
- Continuously monitor and optimize reporting processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency
- Provide data-driven recommendations to help drive strategic business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest business intelligence tools and techniques to enhance reporting capabilities
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar data-driven role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and identify meaningful insights
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in the call centre or customer service industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in BS Statistics, BS Mathematics, Data Science
