Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading publishing company and retailer. Our client is looking for a Marketing Services Manager to execute the strategic communications plan, enhance the Company's brand, drive growth, and ensure compliance across advertising, events, campaigns, talent, vendors, and direct marketing.
This is a full onsite role based at the Quezon City head office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify, recommend, and manage vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and up-to-date technology for activations.
- Creative Output & Quality: Ensure high-quality, on-brand marketing materials across all channels.
- Budget & Resource Management: Optimize costs and resources without compromising quality or brand image.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure activations and marketing assets are delivered on schedule.
- Customer Experience: Drive brand visibility and engagement through effective marketing activations (ATL, BTL, digital).
- Market Research & Insights: Collect and leverage marketing metrics to inform campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and implement marketing campaigns across channels, leveraging digital marketing to maximize reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, other business units, and affiliates for integrated campaigns.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign metrics, provide insights, and report to the CMO and marketing leadership.
- Marketing Process Optimization & Technology: Recommend improvements in workflows, tools, and automation for better execution.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while establishing KPIs and succession planning.
Key job qualifications include:
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; certificate or masteral units preferred.
- Minimum 15 years in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
- Experience across advertising, PR, digital, and social media, with proven ability to integrate multi-channel strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, campaign management, budget oversight, market trends, and customer insights to drive brand growth and business objectives.
