Job Description
Posted on 1 April 2026- Create compelling marketing materials such as but not limited to graphics for social media, emails, and presentations.
- Designing digital and print-ready files like posters, brochures, flyers, and merchandise
- Provide support to the organization and franchise on all creative works covering print and digital media that align with company imagine and identity
- Able to comprehensively understand project briefs from relevant departments and carry it from conceptualization to execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovation ideas and concepts
- Develop guidelines, mock ups and prototypes to illustrate brand application and framework.
- Ensure consistency and quality in the brand’s visual and expression.
- Manage and update the organization sales and communication platforms.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all artworks and labels.
- Assist in other Sales or Marketing projects and ad-hoc assignments.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the CEO or COO.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years experience in Customer Service, Franchise Support, or Operations SupportPrior experience as a Customer Service Manager is mandatory
Experience managing teams and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of SOP-driven environments
Exposure to brand standards, QA, or audit-based roles is an advantage
Structured, professional, and confident in managing scope and expectations
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
