We are looking for a hands-on ITSM Specialist who will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This is a well-rounded role where you will analyze business needs, design core ITIL processes, and directly implement them inside our ITSM tool.
You are a perfect fit if you understand process logic, know how to write code to automate workflows, and possess the communication skills needed to talk to business stakeholders. You will join a collaborative team where you will work together on large-scale projects, while maintaining the autonomy to handle smaller, end-to-end configurations independently.

Strict and clear documentation of everything you build is a vital part of this role.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

Core Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years focused on core ITSM processes.
  • Strong Programming Logic: Practical coding skills (JavaScript highly preferred) for writing custom business rules, functions, and automation scripts.
  • Business Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interview business users, understand their pain points, and document clear requirements.
  • Documentation Discipline: A strong habit of documenting work so that it is easily understandable for the rest of the team.
  • Team Player Mentality: High collaboration skills, ready to support the team but equally capable of independent execution when needed.
Certifications and Knowledge
  • ITIL certification is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of standard ITSM processes is required.
Tools and Systems
  • Tool Agnostic Mindset: You understand the underlying process logic, not just how to click inside a specific tool.
  • Preferred: Deep hands-on experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Enterprise.
  • Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration or scripting.
