The IT Development Operations Support role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of development and production environments, specifically leveraging AWS infrastructure. This position collaborates closely with development teams, manages AWS services, and provides technical support to maintain the reliability, security, and efficiency of our cloud systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and production environments within AWS infrastructure
- Manage and maintain AWS services to ensure high availability and performance
- Collaborate with development teams for deployments, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts using monitoring tools
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
- Apply network and security best practices within AWS environments
- Provide technical documentation and operational support
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, development support, or similar role focused on AWS infrastructure
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Landing Zone)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (AWS CloudWatch, ELK stack)
- Understanding of AWS networking and security principles
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Landing Zone)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash)
