IT Enterprise Architect (Enterprise-wide system design & IT landscape ownership)

Work Shift : Mid Shift

• Design and implement an enterprise architecture management process and tool to provide transparency to the IT landscape.
• Lead the implementation of cross-functional applications, such as middleware, to enhance interoperability and efficiency.
• Establish key technologies and implement a process for evaluating new technologies to meet the organization's evolving needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with group sector policies and standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to co-create strategic solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience; At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, project management, or related field
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong background in working with international and cross-cultural teams.

• Strong Enterprise architecture experience
• Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
• Project / initiative leadership
• Enterprise-wide system design
• IT landscape ownership
