Job Description
Qualifications:
- 8 years of work experience in the IT field
- Coding experience in PHP or Java or .Net developing Web applications in a cloud environment
- Substantial experience with AWS, containerization, and microservices
- Knowledge in Systems Analysis and Programming
- Strong project management skills with experience in using AGILE methodologies and cloud environments
- Exposure/experience in leading a development team (looking for App Dev leadership, particularly in managing development teams and overseeing the end-to-end process of application design, development, and deployment)
- Experience in handling outsourced/3rd party developers
- Experience with consumer facing UI/UX development
- Must have experience collaborating with Sales and Operations team
Generally, you will be:
- Leading, managing, and monitoring all existing applications and software development of the company.
- Leading the outsourced/third-party development team with all software development and support tasks.
- Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and delivers the expected design expectations.
