Provides structured, front-line support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team to enable effective coverage of business units.

Acts as a central coordination and execution layer across employee lifecycle, HR programs, and engagement initiatives—ensuring timely delivery, accurate tracking, and consistent employee experience.

This role is critical in enabling HRBP coverage (100–150 HC) by offloading administrative, coordination, and routine HR activities, allowing HRBPs to focus on strategic advisory and complex people matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HRBP Coverage Support (Assigned Population)
  • Serve as first point of contact for basic employee and manager queries
  • Triage and escalate complex issues to HRBP for assigned functions/teams
  • Maintain visibility of employee concerns, onboarding status, and attrition updates
  • Support HRBP in preparation of business updates and reports
  1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Track onboarding, probation, and regularization milestones for Vertiv Philippines
  • Coordinate employee check-ins and exit interviews for solid performers
  • Maintain accurate employee data, trackers, and documentation
  1. HRBP Projects & PMO Coordination
  • Track HR initiatives, milestones, and deliverables
  • Monitor action items and ensure follow-through across stakeholders
  • Support rollout of HR programs (performance cycle, engagement initiatives)
  1. Engagement & Programs Support
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and committee initiatives
  • Responsible for New Hire Orientation and other assigned HRBP-led events
  • Track participation, feedback, and basic HRBP reporting
  1. Internal Communications
  • Support HR communications calendar and announcements
  • Coordinate approvals and release of HR updates
  • Assist in HRBP newsletters and key communications
  1. Administrative & Tier 1 Support
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries (AskHR)
  • Maintain HR records, trackers, and documentation (e.g., E201, WFH tracker)
  • Process routine notifications (e.g., regularization, reviews)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 0–2 years experience (internship acceptable)
  • Basic exposure to HR operations or coordination work
  • Proficient in MS Office; SharePoint/HR systems is an advantage
