Summary of the Role
The HR Business Partner drives talent acquisition strategy and serves as a consultative partner to leadership on workforce planning and organizational performance. This role combines proactive recruitment with data-driven insight — forecasting hiring needs, diagnosing retention and performance trends, and guiding leaders toward stronger team structures.Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and operational rigor from offer acceptance through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Talent Acquisition & Planning: Forecast hiring needs and build a proactive pipeline of top-tier talent
- Performance & Organizational Consulting: Analyze departmental data to identify hiring bottlenecks, retention trends, and performance gaps
- Consultative Solutions: Provide actionable recommendations to leadership to optimize team structures
- Operational Excellence: Own the transition from offer acceptance to productive team member and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a related strategic HR role
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret hiring, retention, and performance data
- Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines and forecasting workforce needs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence leadership
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in HR documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background in workforce planning or organizational design
- Experience supporting onboarding processes in a scaling company
