Assigning of coil number(s) to approved Job Order ready for production
Recording of Daily Productions to Microwin system’s particular Job Order.
Proper recording of Actual Weight of Coils upon opening, before and after production for accurate stock card records.
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory levels and location both in Inventory Systems (Microwin) and in Excel file for easy retrieval.
Coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing shipment of materials.
Responsible for classifying, labeling and warehousing of all inventories for future use.
Must implement and follow a control system to reduce damage, breakage and inventory obsolescence by using First-In First-Out method (FIFO).
Custodian of unused office supplies and accountable forms such as Sales Contract (SC), Provisional Receipt (PR), Requisition Slip (RS), Transfer of Assets (TOA), Report of Materials Received (RMR), Pre-printed Delivery Receipt (DR) and the like.
Submit weekly, month-end and year-end inventory report including work in process and finished goods to Head Office’s Inventory Team based on your excel file.
Must report shortages, overages and inventory levels from time to time to head office for reconciliation and replenishment.
Strictly follow the procedure on Transfer of Materials (refer to Flow Chart).
In case of wrong production, report to Head Office Inventory team immediately (refer to Flow Chart for procedure in case of wrong production).
Submit Requisition Slip to Head Office Inventory Team for replenishment of stocks such as Coils, Hardware Accessories, Insulations materials, company accountable forms and the like.
