About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Operations Supervisor to oversee inventory monitoring, stock accuracy, and operational compliance across multiple plants. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, inventory management, and analytical skills who thrive in a fast-paced operations environment.

• Supervise daily inventory monitoring and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure accurate physical inventory counts and inventory records.
• Monitor inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track inventory movements, transfers, returns, and disposals.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
• Conduct plant visits to validate inventory and operational compliance.
• Lead and support assigned personnel to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related course.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory monitoring.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to different plant locations when necessary.
