1. Inventory Management

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet operational needs.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

1. Data Tracking and Reporting

• Update and manage inventory records in the system.
• Prepare inventory-related reports, such as stock availability, shortages, and turnover rates.
• Analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making.

1. Stock Control

• Implement inventory control procedures to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Ensure the proper storage and organization of goods for easy access and minimal damage.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate stock movement.

1. Supplier and Department Coordination

• Collaborate with procurement to track incoming shipments and verify deliveries.
• Communicate with sales, logistics, and other departments regarding inventory needs and

• Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Ensure proper handling and storage practices to maintain product integrity.

1. System Optimization

• Assist in implementing and improving inventory management systems and processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is
