Social Media Specialist

Work Schedule: Full-time | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (HYBRID)

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Produce high-quality graphics, photos, videos, reels, and written content.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Brand Building and Management team to create promotional content.
• Cover company events, product launches, seminars, trade shows, and customer activities for digital content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in planning and implementing paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the company's branding and communication standards.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts with a strong portfolio of content.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar design and video editing software.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Studio, and social media analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creativity with an eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Photography and videography skills are highly preferred.
• Willing to travel for company events, customer visits, and marketing activities when necessary.
