We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to lead our global sales initiatives. This leader will drive revenue, spearhead market expansion, and foster business growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides strategic leadership for global sales operations
• Oversees sales execution and team performance
• Analyzes markets to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
• Manages and strengthen customer relationships
• Collaborates cross-functionally to achieve business goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years in a similar leadership role, managing multiple international markets
• Proven success in global sales and revenue growth
• At least 5 years' experience in the BPO industry
• Experience in project costing and contract writing, highly preferred

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and related tools
