Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while maintaining clear and professional communication.
You will assist in managing day-to-day tasks to help the company run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documents
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Support customer service via email or chat
- Help coordinate meetings and virtual events
- Assist with social media updates and online research
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Discretion with handling confidential information
Work Hours: Flexible, but must be available during some overlapping hours with Canadian business time zones.
