Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while maintaining clear and professional communication.

You will assist in managing day-to-day tasks to help the company run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documents
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases
  • Support customer service via email or chat
  • Help coordinate meetings and virtual events
  • Assist with social media updates and online research
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Discretion with handling confidential information

Work Hours: Flexible, but must be available during some overlapping hours with Canadian business time zones.
